FM Spawns!! Empty FM Spawns!!

Well I'm getting very active on the server, but every time I log in NO ONE is online, and I can't do anything since the rates are x150...
Seriously, I have no rebirths and no msi with me.. Please, put those FM Spawns back!! There's no one for me to talk to online anyways, so please just do it to "keep me quiet" XD.
