Server down alot?

Hello im always having problems connecting to the server i dont know whatsup or its just my computer hopefully this can get resolved

The server shouldn't be down "a lot". There's something probably wrong with Minh's internet, the server had a crash, a restart, or one of the GM's is working on something for the server. Since you say it's down a lot, it's probably your internet connection. As of right now, though, I can't get onto the server either. So, it's probably one of the four that I've mentioned up there.

the server wasnt off.. maybe brian was working on something but that takes just 5minutes or something. and yesterday the server was just offline for 1 hour because my internet network but that happends only ones in a month.

Well restart it now please ? after i type pic it crashes ms
