starter npc / starters pack

hey,

i just start playing and i found out there isn't a starters npc yet, so i decided to make one.

if you guys have any suggestions to put into the starters pack than post it below

Let's see... clothing you already have: Noob clothing, Mark of the Beta Bandana. Inventory: work glove, and 7 100% attack scrolls, level 10 gear, 5 smegas, and 1 mill.

i finally got it working, now its time to change all the equipments, text and stuff like that.

but the basics are done =P

@ minh, i need to get on ur computer to try out some scripts.

im testing on my old v62 server and im wondering if it will just work fine on v83.
